CDL/DOT Physicals Walk-In Today

LABS TO GO offers full Department of Transportation (DOT)/CDL physical examination services. DOT/CDL physicals are required at least every 24 months to ensure commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driver ability and safety. All LABS TO GO physical exams are performed by NRCME certified & experienced medical examiners. Our examiners are fully trained, tested, and certified in professional medical examination; specifically in relation and adherence to FMCSA new guidelines effective May 21, 2014. Our DOT/CDL physical testing goal is to ensure medical driver safety, while getting drivers back on the road with convenience and speed. WHAT TO EXPECT Your thorough physical exam will last around 20-30 minutes and consists of the following: Background Medical background Vision screening Hearing screening Height and weight readings Blood pressure Pulse Breathing rate Temperature Urinalysis Additional testing as appropriate Please have any specialized medical cards or documentation requests available at the time of your visit. A medical examiner's certificate will be provided at appointment completion.

Labs To Go's "Affordable Lab Tests" service is an alternative to traditional, physician prescribed tests. Our testing services are on an individual, as requested basis. Choose only the tests you want, and take them with complete confidentialityno doctor order, health insurance, or appointment needed. Special instructions: Requires patient to fast for 12 hours prior to testing. Test Components: Chemistry 23* - Provides a snapshot of overall health and well-being. Can help detect several different disorders, with a focus on liver, kidney, and heart health. CBC (Complete Blood Count) A panel of tests that measures blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and hematocrit values. All values are taken into consideration and measured against the "normal" range of healthy blood cell levels. Tests for bleeding disorders, infections, and several other disorders. Often used for disease detection and medication/treatment monitoring.
